TrailAir Equa-Flex Equalizer

Trailair^® constructs Equa-Flex^™ from specially formulated rubber that absorbs vibration from road bumps, holes and cracks.

It soaks up & dissipates road shocks instead of transferring them directly into the interior of your coach. When your favorite pictures & dishes tumble off shelves in your trailer, you can usually blame those road bumps & vibrations as the likely culprit.

Trailair Equa-Flex is a rubber cushioned equalizer for replacement of the standard rigid equalizer used with double eye leaf spring suspensions on light axles up to 8000 lbs. The EQUA-FLEX unique design does not require any special mounting systems to the trailer frame because it bolts into the industry standard suspension hangers in direct replacement of the rigid equalizer. In addition it allows the same rotation as the standard rigid equalizer enabling EQUA-FLEX the same equalization of the loads capability. EQUA-FLEX rubber cushions are shielded from sun light and under pressure which allows the system to absorb road shock like a sponge and prevent deterioration thus facilitating a longer life expectancy.
